The Marco Carola Event @ Vessel SF has been cancelled.
ByNOTE: This post was for the cancelled Marco Carola event in 2010. The 10.27.11 party @ Vessel with Marco is confirmed and on (and we’ll be there).
We recent found out that the Marco Carola party at Vessel SF has been canceled and no one seems to know who the original promoter was and what happened. The Facebook event page and the event page on SonicLiving.com (how we found out about it) has been removed.
Vessel has confirmed 100% that this event is not happening. HOWEVER Audiofly IS scheduled to play at Vessel on March 18th and when they came to play in Sacramento last year they were phenomenal. Marco is our favorite, but Audiofly is dope! Might still be worth the trip from Sac…

I just checked with Vessel, and he is not playing. Who was promoting this night? I have a friend flying in for this. Whoever was throwing this party did a shit job of NOT announcing that it’s been canceled.
We don’t know, Michelle. I just found out yesterday that it had been canceled for sure and now see that the Facebook event page is no longer in existence.
Thanks… it sucks that nowhere (including Vessel’s site) mentioned that it was canceled. I emailed the flyer on this site to them, and they claimed to not even know that he’d been scheduled to play.
Who was throwing the party? There wasn’t even a promoter on this flyer.
We don’t know. All the info has been removed from the Facebook page as well as the event page on SonicLiving.com (which is where the Facebook page linked to).
Maybe there is a way to contact Sonicliving.com and see who originally posted the event???
We are NOT hosting this event. Please take this posting off for it is misleading and highly incorrect! Thank you.
No problem. We already changed it to say [CANCELED] when we heard the news yesterday and will make some changed to make it even more clear right away.
Craziness! Too bad he didn’t come and play. Not like I have the money to go out right now anyway, but 1 good show might lead to more. Marco’s the man!
